I'm starting this blog as I've always enjoyed writing and I think if I don't have somewhere to vent my anger at quack doctors and other such nonsense, I'll probably die of an aneurysm before I'm 30. I'm a student so may periodically run out of time to post as I'm either revising or at the pub.
In terms of what I'll be posting, my main interests are alternative medicine and evidence-based politics. I'm trying to keep tabs on what my local elected officials are saying and I'll flag up anything that seems too insane. Who knows - I might do some public good with this? Otherwise, I'll be trying to examine the nuttier claims of altmed wingnuts.
